Jaron has represented and advised various political subdivisions within Texas, including special utility districts, municipalities, and hospital districts, in matters related to business transactions, administrative proceedings with various state agencies, employment disputes, regulatory compliance with federal, state and local laws and compliance with the entity’s enabling statutes, Open Meetings Act requirements, Public Information Act requirements, and other local governance rules.
